I got my phone bill today and I had a $22.95 charge from a company that i have never heard of OAN Services, Inc. So I called them up, they took my name, 2 phone numbers, address, and email info. I then asked way I had this charge. The Customer Service Advocate that I spoke with told me that I had visted a website and signed up for this internet services. I then asked her to tell me the name of the web site in which she rambled off really fast so that I couldn't under stand it. I then asked that the charge be removed off of my bill because I didn't athorize it. The CSA told me that it was disclosed that by giving them all the information on the website that i agreed to the charges unless in 30 days I had called to cancle the service. I then explained that I would have call had I known that I had signed up for this. I then asked her to slowly give me the website address again so that I could view it and see if I was in the wrong again she rambled something off. I finally asked her to say it as slow as she could but she could never give me the full address for everytime I asked her to give it to me it was different. Everytime after telling me the address she would go back to say that I agreed to the disclaimer. Finally I asked her to put herself in my shoes with a strange charge on a bill that is the same every month, what would she do. She too would want the charges to be taken off. While asking her to do this she proceeds to cut me off and press buttons on the phone to disrupt me. Finally after about 30-45mins of tring to figure this out she told me "We don't Normally do this but, I am going to refund you your money. I am only doing this because we have great Customer Service. But It will take 1 to 2 billing cycles to come off of your bill." I then asked her why I have to pay this now and wait for a refund and all she could only tell me this is how we handle it. After giving me my conformation number she promptly hung up the Phone on me. This whole time of talking to her she never once gave me her name or Operator#
