Automatic renewal of domain names credit card fraud

Register.com seems to think they can just renew your domain name and charge your credit card without your consent! In addition if you try to dispute their use of your credit card. Good Luck reaching a human being.

I have made several calls to try and resolve the matter at my expense and have yet to reach a human.

Register.com was informed (by E-Mail) I did not intend to
renew my domain names, but they decided they would charge my card without my authorization anyway! Think twice about doing business with them.
