All New Sports RIP OFF Extended Warranty and Standard Warranty Not Honored

We purchased a GK-28 go kart (dune buggy) around Christmas of and also purchased an extended two year warranty for an additional amount.
Shortly after receiving the kart an riding it, the reverse cable assembly broke and then the rear suspension/swing arm broke.
After many emails and repeated attempts, we still did not get all of our parts. It is now October.
They basically ignore your calls and emails and act as if you don't exist. This is very poor service and we have read similar experiences with this company on the internet.
