I obtained a contact from WEB.com saying a in regular membership prices. On Thursday, October 9th 12:00pm, I put a phone to web. Comis termination line-in order to stop my support. I waited on-hold for roughly 35 units and needed to hang up the phone (unserved) since my lunchtime break had finished. Sunday, October 11th, I put another phone around 3:30pm and waited on-hold another half an hour. Discouraged, I hung-up and dialed their technical assistance amount. A acquired nearly instantly and proceeded to consider my info and moved me to customer support. It's today 5:19pm and that I have now been on-hold for 1-hour and 28 units. (still on store today.)
