Company enlisted my professional services to assist them in launching their business in the USA. Agreements were signed and all work was completed as agreed upon.
Company claimed to be closing their doors in December and laid off their american employees. However, they are still operating with only their Korean management team and have not filed for bankruptcy protection as they had indicated they would be.
Inside information from former american employees included placing fake labels saying "Made in America" on equipment that was made in Korea or China so they could sell the product in the US.
Additional information included tactics accepting orders for product at a price and then billing customers at another price.
