Jimmy Hernandez, owner (and likely only employee) of Flare Media, graphic and web design company, took my money nearly a year ago. He has promised time and time again to deliver my completed website, but I have received NOTHING! He is nonresponsive to phone calls and emails with the exception of the random 4am calls every few months when he calls to say my site will be completed real soon.
From looking at this site and bbb.com, it seems this is typical of him. Do not trust him, he will take your money unless your name is Mike Jones.
