Billed for services that I never ordered

I received my telephone bill for Sept as well as in that statement there is a fee for $21.15. The bill mentioned that it had been for some support that Webhosting Mnthlyfee was charging me for, InternetBusAdvisors. I've never actually heard about each one of those businesses.
