Charged for services I never agreed

I obtained a call-back in Sept from the lady that mentioned she performs for Hype Telecom and started to clarify the way the providers sort out my telephone support. I decided to the endless strategy she provided in the cost of $9.99 or $19.99, but there is no such factor put into my telephone bill as she mentioned, and so I thought I did not qualify. On November 16 they deliver me a statement for $57.54 for providers they declare I'd from 10/08/06 - 11/08/06. I'd no long-distance support from day-one, and Hype have to spend this statement themselves, cause I'll not purchase anything I never had.
