I obtained disk to set up AT&T web. After I named to join up, AT&T repetition stated windows 98 was not backed and linked me to AT&T Support Plus. They'dnot speak with me until I offered them a creditcardnumber, (that we was educated I really could discover the conditions of the contract on the web, that we did not have and that's why I had been submitted for them). And so I provide them with my creditcardnumber, I continue heck store. Lastly a man gets on, gets my DSL telephone # and informs me he cant do something since I have to enroll. I told him the very first man delivered me to him since he explained I really couldnot enroll with windows 98. I told him that I'd windows 2000 on my different pc, and that I might enroll with that and so I had not a problem to repair. I had been informed subsequently, I'd obtain a credit and really should view it in three to five times. I called back many times to become informed it's togo before a credit evaluation panel, and certainly will take months. Are they keeping that cash as well as other peopleis cash to power up there receivables or what. That is absurd. MONTHS?
I never used the company. I had been delivered thereby an inexperienced AT&T web person. Who never questioned basically had another pc with windows 2000.
But to take months and deliver a credit to an credit evaluation panel?
Seems really wrong, particularly when I had been informed it'd consider three to five times, since I had been delivered therein problem.
Again I wonder of a business that has to truly have a credit evaluation panel to issue a credit. Are they keeping that much cash from people who they've to employ individuals to maintain it. Should be getting a lot of attention anywhere.
