Awful company

I caught Superior Screen Operates to deal with six windows in my own home which were displaying humidity between your panes. They handled the windows and stated it'd be 12 months prior to the therapy dried up. After 16 months it had been still moist. They handled again. After 16 months it had been still moist. The operation I had been dealing with went-of-company.

I called the house office in Nashville. Required them several weeks to react and lastly organize with another business to get a third therapy. After 6 months, the windows continue to be moist and also the glass is stained, and also the steel components are corroding quickly.

Repeated emails and calls towards the office at home got no reaction, except a guarantee that my state have been delivered to sales for cost. No Cost continues to be obtained. Calls visit voice-mail. No calls are delivered.

I submitted a problem with BBB. The Tennessee office informed them that Customer Support was from the Ottawa office. BBB transferred my problem to Canada. They've been not able to get any reaction from Superior.
