We were charged $9.95 a month on our credit card statement for services neither asked for or received. We called the credit card company and were told to call MWI Essentials. Upon calling MWI Essentials we talked to Mike (TP715) and he told us that we would be refunded for the total amount charged to our card.
We do not know how they got our card number or name, and Mike could not tell us.
