I had the same situation happen to me. I boughts some clothes and they arrived in time but not in good condition. One of the pieces I bought was a white top and it looked like someone had stepped all over it with muddy shoes. I returned the top and asked for an exchange and I was told that I will recieve the exchange or refund within 8 days. That was 6 MONTHS AGO!!! I have tried to call them many times but no-one ever answers. I've sent them emails and got one back saying my exhcange was on it's way but still nothing. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! As I understand it, they have another site selling clothes and it's running under a different name. I guess they must see that people are starting to catch on to their scheme.
