Promised $100 rebate not received and rebate website not working

Hello I have sign up for the package deal on my phone and was promised a 100.00 rebate, the web site doesn't work, they sent another letter saying I should hurry it runs out on 10/23 well I called them I they told me that my rebate was being process and I should get it in about 4 weeks, it shouldn't take 4 week to get a rebate back. The web site doesn't work I told them that and they said to call, I did I'm not sure if I'm getting my money or not. They shouldn't post a web site if it doesn't work. Please look into this matter. How can we track our status if the site doesn't work? This makes no sense. I got a conformation number I don't know if that will help, and a name jessicca. 1-888-757-6500 and the number 1-866-342-4271 people need to do the right thing and give folks there rebates. Thanks
