Hello i have sign up for the package deal on my phone and was promised a 100.00 rebate, the web site doesnt work, they sent another letter saying i should hurry it runs out on 10/23 well i called them i they told me that my rebate was being process and i should get it in about 4 weeks, it shouldnt take 4 week to get a rebate back. The web site doenst work i told them that and they said to call, i did im not sure if im getting my money or not. They shouldnt post a web site if itdoenst work. Please look into this matter. How can we track our status if the site doesnt work? This makes no sense. I got a conformation number i dont know if that will help, and a name jessicca. 1-888-757-6500 and the number 1-866-342-4271 people need to do the right thing and give folks there rebates.
