Joe Conlin of Vandigroup, dined and dashed on creating a Website for me that he'd already been paid for.
No site, no return calls, and no longer answers his phone.
In fact, he just changed his phone number, which I'm guessing he does regularly. Give him your money and you'll never hear from him again.
