Rip-off Scam Fraud fraudulent business Athens Toms River M, New Jersey

I am a buyer. I check out everyone and everything. Well what good it did me. My husband and I have bought from GDC and DiscountWholesalers before with no problem. I bought 18 pallets of Ames Vendor returns from MyWebWholesalers.

A mixed lot of Electronics/Housewares/toys. I had no reason to believe other wise since Ames went bankrupt. It should of been 90-95% new product. This was my Christmas money and Stock. After arriving a week late, I received 2 pallets of Kmart and 16 gaylord boxes of Ames/Sears/Kmart.

TOTAL TRASH. All salvage/customer returns/recalls. I have taken pictures and manifested all but, 3 of the gaylord boxes I have baby cribs (missing parts or damaged), recalled car seats, used (tons of dust) osculating floor fans, broken toilet seat covers, 60 lb. Tents, gazeboos, air mattresses (with holes), (all have rips or are defective) at least 60 rubbermaid style storage containers (all are cracked, missing handles, wheels, scooters with no box or handle and bent frames, sheets (out of package (stamped return), comforters (all returns with stains, ripped, one even came in a salvation army bag, window blinds, (broken or missing parts) one is even duct taped shut), total trashed toys (recalls, defective, damaged).

I tried to refuse the truck with permissin from Lisa the owner and I was told I quote " I know you didn't get what you ordered but There is nothing I can do for you". She stated just because it has a tag that states damaged doesn't mean it was. I asked her how important her time was, Should I find the leg to the stool, or blow up the air matress, repair the hole, deflat it and try to resell it. Oh, what about the bra should I sew the strap back on. Well I don't go away that easy. I tried to be fair, I would load it back on for free, just take it back and give me a refund. She never called back. I have filed with the FTC and hired an attorney.

So far I am at a 99% loss. I can't even give it to charity. As for Ms DePalma her salvage 101 listing states throw away at approx. 30%. I think she should change that to 99%.

I also, think she should learn what vendor returns are. I know she is familiar with customer returns. She lives by them. I lost over $7,000 because of her fraudulent and deceptive practices. I have an open invitation to her any time she would like to rectify the situation and I will drop the lawsuit.
