Fraudulent billing via Internet fraudulent rip-off business

Received bill from Alyon stating they were owed almost $80 worth of charges that had been "agree upon". Further research found that there were no calls made to this number by anyone at home. It was the middle of the night. My husband was out of town. I was asleep.

Have sent in the information contesting this fraudulent bill. Now they want a copy of my phone bill.

I did find a mini-dialer application on my computer and promptly removed it. That was the only bill received other than the followup "Past Due" notices. I get really irritated when something like this happens. It does make me feel a little better knowing that I'm not the only one.

I have no tolerance for this type of unethical practice.
