Subscribed for one year. One time fee. Kept charging my credit card. I cancelled and they stoped my service

I subscribed for a one time fee the add said it was good for one year the next month they had charged my credit card again i called them and canceled the next time i tried to use it they had discontinued my subsription they are very missleading.
