But when clicked, it says page not found. HTTP 404 error

I even booked a ticked via there http://etrinity. Helpserve.com website, telling them about the problem, but still i have not got any response, even tried calling them over the phone, but a automated voice tells you to log a ticket via http://etrinity. Helpserve.com website.
