I purchased Blog Blaster with the understanding that if the program did not increase my web traffic I could get a FULL refund. They do not answer any of my e-mails and the only phone number is in Germany. The program did not only NOT give me more traffic, but my traffic DECREASED. I paid with PayPal and I will be filing a claim through them for the refund.
