Lies fraud unfair business practice

This satellite internet service is a fraud. I was promised I would see no difference from the cable service I had if I paid for their premium home service. Their service has been down for hours at a time under perfect weather conditions. My connection is worse than dial-up and I'm paying more than I did for cable!

They require you to sign up for a years service and pay for their dish & installation. Then I find out their connection is near unusable. Calling tech support was enlightning. I was told that this company wasn't growing it's business. As soon as the year was up many people opt out.

Customer service tried to upsell me to a business account for much more $s. They lied to me on the phone 3 times. I will now have to pay for a dial-up service. At least they will be reliable.
