9/12 - I purchased the the Internet/Phone package, from day 1 the phone lines did not work properly, always cutting in/out mostly out, most words were cut off. I asked many time to have the equipment and alignment checked, after about ten complaint that no one showed up, I was told to just use it or go somewhere else. Then I started getting harsh emails from the owner (one of the workers said it was the owners husband?) and cell phone text and voice messages from him in the middle of the night, all garbled like drunken messages threatening to cur service off, just for asking for service because it dident work right. (Being disabled and on a fixed income the only other choice was satellite and from the ad's I found was to expensive to start up and there is no Cable or DSL out here.)

For about two years, I made my payments, many of which I kept getting re-billed as they dident post a lot of payments. I made my Paymants at the Beatnick Cafe in JoshuaTree as I was instructed from the start. They get very annoyed when asking for a receipt and many times don't use the Flashbyte receipt book, just handwriting it down an anything. The few times when I or someone dropping off a payment for me did not get a receipt I had to make another $79.00 payment that month. EXTREAMLY frustrating to say the least!!!

About March I had received an email that I was past due yet again, I provided payment info and not finding one receipt again made anonther extra payment. Then about the first week of Aug they sent me an email bill for over $471.00 in missing payment entries from their Billing Dept. I copied all the receipts I had (I had one missing when my brother-in-law made a pmt and they did not give a receipt AGAIN) I dropped them off at the Beatnick Cafe again though it had a sign closed for the summer delivery to store next door, and I did, and I also mailed copies of everything through the post office. I called dozens of times and no-one ever answered the phone and when it asks you to leave a massage, as soon as it starts recording it disconnects.

I waited a month with absolutely no responses from my emails, delivery or postal contact and was forced to spend the money to change ISP's after a month of no Internet and no response from them at all.

I could continue with pages of stuff they have done but the bottom line is STAY AWAY FROM FLASHBYTE
