My business partner told me to hire these guys as their portfolio looked great. I signed us up for a website, paid $250 deposit for 5-7 day turnaround, and waited... And waited... And waited... Figured I was covered by their 110% satisfaction guarantee. Two weeks later, I called their so-called customer service. Extremely belligerent and rude. It went downhill after that.
The prelim work they delivered (well after deadline) was kindergartenish. Tried to work with them for a while. Finally gave up. Requested a refund. Amazingly they wouldn't respond further. This has been going on for over a year now.
I did notice now that on their web page, it no longer shows any details about their timeliness or satisfaction guarantees. Guess they had to take that down after getting barraged.
These guys suck. I wish I had known about complaint before 'doing business' with Geeks.
