Rip-off victimized many consumers chaska

Little did i know when i purchased, what seem as a great deal from value vision on 12/30/99 and charged to my credit card on 01/12/01, was not such a deal at all.

All i have had is problems one after another. Frist the hard drive, then the audio modem, then after that on the additional warranty i purchased then no one wanted to claim the warranty. It was you need to call someone else, then you just got the same old run around.

So i just had enough when i was contacted to renew my contract for my warranty, was about to expire. That is when i found that after all the nunbers i had been givin there were even more to come.

As of today jan. 10th 2003 i am still having problems.in nov. 2002 hard drive was replaced again and now the color config. Don't work the sound card went out, and other things that are to numerous to mention. As of today i called again to aon who is the co. Who is in control of my warranty and they are in another state. So they give me a number to call.

As i spoke with the tec i gave him my model no. He said he has no such model no.in his system. He gives me v2premier ph. No. And what do i get the same, then i finaly speak with a person who gave me wrong info. For my computer and then as he relized it. He then started to tell me to go to their webb site and down load my drivers and then he just hangs up.

I am so sick of this mess that i can hardly stand another task. So as of now i am in an angry state of mind. Please note that these people are for sure a rip off. I still want my money back and i will do bussiness local from now on.
