Rip-off fraudulent sweepstakes contests

Carnaby.com promoted a contest entitled "Millionaire's Weekend Getaway". The prize package was to consist of 4 days/3 nights in Las Vegas for 2 people. Airfare, accomodations, limosine service, and free passes to a Vegas show were to be included.

My selection as a Millionaire's Weekend Getaway winner was announced on Carnaby.com's Announcement Board on Nov 15 at 4:05pm http://forums. Carnaby.com/messageview_carnaby. Cfm).

My selection as a winner was also confirmed via an email received from Carnaby.com on Nov 15. According to stated Carnaby.com's sweepstakes rules: "Prizes will be sent within 30 days of winner notification to the registered mailing address on file for individual winner."

It has now been nearly 60 days since my winner notification was received on November 15. I have not received the stated prize, nor have I received the "affadavit" documents which Carnaby promised to mail to me on Nov 15... And again on Dec 3.

I have received no Carnaby response to multiple email inquiries.in addition, I have received no Carnaby response to a message posted on their website (http://forums. Carnaby.com/messageview. Cfm? Catid=32&threadid=1832).

Attempts to reach Carnaby.com via telephone (407-767-7050) have been unsuccessful, as I have been unable to reach anything other than their answering machine.
