They sent me a notification that I was a cash prize winner. For them to initiate issuance of my Prize Check, it was MANDATORY that I had to send them the document they accompanied and a check for $21.95. I sent them, on Nov. 20 this year, and the only response What I had received is a lot more mail like that.
