I was charged 29.98 for what I don't know through paypal. I have requested infomation from paypal and have yet to recieve it other that giving me an email address

I paid through paypal 29.88 for what I am not sure I downloaded google chrome and this popped up for payment of 29.88. I thought I had to pay for the new google browser. I have not been able to contact this company and paypal only gives me Business as Advance Telecom contact email: sales@ulimited.com. I would appreciate any help with this.
