Will Charge to send tech out even if not your fault

I have been with out internet for now 4 days. First 2 days I thought maybe it was due to the bad weather. So I would wait until weather cleard up to see my hsi would work. Still didn't, so I called into to tech to get someone to come out because they said somthing is wrong with my reciver. But to send someone out there will be a charge will that be ok? I was like NO! I even asked, you will still charge for comeing out even if there is something wrong with my equipment and not due to my fault. Answer is yes. Because my "warrity" was over. Did they bother to tell me or inform me of any kind. Of course not! So I was like charge me so I can get someone out, but as SOON as somone else come into my area I will be dropping Hughes.

And so help you if you go over your QUOTA of downloading. You might as well have dial up. You'd get a faster speed.
