Made unauthorized charges to my credit card 69.99 and 49.99 Hempstead

Classiccloseouts.com has made 2 charges to my credit account. On 6-30-08 charged me 49.99 and on 8-28-08 charged me 69.99. I have called them many times and only got a recording never received a call back. I have emailed them and never got a response. I have since disputed it with my bank and had to change my CC#.
