Ripped us off for design their consumer website

Hello usacomplaints.com Reader:

Nicole Williams hired us to do their website. We do a lot of small website and other work mainly for individuals and small businesses.

The deal was, we were supposed to do their website with a down payment, and then three installments.

The installments never came, and the money was held over our heads to force us to do more work than we bargained for.

In the middle, we were promised payment installments in threes and told that the second payment had been mailed... It never came.

This company, Loeb Enterprises, and NicoleWilliams.com (and Kimmy Scotti, their Marketing Coordinator), than stiffed us completely at the end after telling us a call would be set up to discuss the project with their 'VP'.

These guys are dishonest businesspeople. I am really not even mad. Nicole Williams produced more stress than anything and my thoughts are on process are that they had planned not to pay us anyhow.

I am extremely disappointed, and a little hurt. Note: so much so, that I have never filed a consumer complaints ever before... Until now.

My team put in hundreds of hours of work, and trusted the word of these people... Only to never get paid and be lied to consistently.

Loeb Enterprises is the parent company and the person that ripped us off is Nicole Williams.

I strongly advise against not doing business with them after this experience of getting ripped off.
