We met Edward E. Williams III in the 2010 Dark Business Businessman's Meeting. We approached him for advertising for the organization. Following a several discussions over a couple of months period, Ed mentioned he was having some economic difficulty as a result of current breakup and would really like progress fee just before starting any work with us. The contract was to create 100 telemarketing calls per week, and we settled him $600 ahead of time.

We sent payment through pay-PAL and Mr. Williams never approached us after he received payment. We've submitted reviews through the BBB in addition to the Ohio Attorney General's Workplace. Your last connection with Mr. Williams was on 12/22 when he responded to mail telling us he doesn't have any money, doesn't understand when he'll have money, which we are able to consider any legitimate action required against him.

Mr. Williams has become working underneath the company title of Sovereign Press and Guides. It's such a disgrace he has the capacity to handle people such as this; close one organization and produce a new one. I do want to make individuals conscious of my connection with Edward E. Williams III so that they may prevent this happening for them. He seems to be an extremely good individual, but you'll be fooled. He's an extremely intelligent, easy talker and con-artist.
