Limiting Service to Custome

Netscape continues to diminish service to subscribers. First they took off the internet email webform for messaging and next removed their mailing address. They must be tired of people complaining. If you telephone you will spend 6 hours and not get answered.

They show the same things on the home page for weeks. If you check the news summaries, you will find them as much as 5 days outdated. I hope this helps spearhead an effort to force them to listen to us. We do not want substandard service and many will just go elsewhere. Complain to Walmart. Complain to Congressmen. Seek a law that all Internet business must be contact receipients of webforms and the MUST respond.
