Advertises a rebate and doesn't deliver the rebate number needed to collect

I ordered (2) NFL Football helmets from them. One was a 1965-77 NY Jets Throwback RK Suspension Helmet selling for $199.99 with a $20 electronic rebate. The other was a 1960-62 NY Titans "build your own helmet" for $179.99 with a $30 rebate. The date was 7/26. The total I paid was $378.99. They state on their website that a rebate number will be included with the invoice.

I received the helmets on 8/9 and no invoice was in the box so I couldn't collect on the rebate. I emailed them on August 13 stating that I didn't get an invoice and they emailed me back the next day and said that they would get me a rebate number that day. Nothing yet.
I've e-mailed twice and called a number of times. They don't respond to anything. The funny thing is that I've ordered from them several times in the past and never had a problem.
