Richard Fleming committed a FELONY.
It seems he tried to sell a website to a consumer again in NC and they wanted their money back and yet he disappeared again.
He bullied the client to give him a check in North Carolina. He had the man sign one of his contracts with an alias address and phone number that is not Mr. Flemings present place of business.
This is considered FRAUD, when you are using fictitious addresses and phone numbers to sell your product.
A pink business card was also given with the phone number (386) 589-3630 which no longer works.
The FELONY was when RICHARD FLEMING left the state of North Carolina and cashed the check on 8/13/08 in the state of Florida. He cashed it at the bank that the check was written from to make sure no stop payment was made. It is on record and a case is now being pursued for FELONY and not just FRAUD anymore.
From what the search proceeded to bring up was that Fleming was at traffic court in the Venice Beach area.
Detective Voncan has this case under investigation and is pursuing him. Apparently, he tried the same with another Client named Tony and it looks like Mr. Fleming met his match. The Feds will be involved in on this one if he tries another scam!
I haven't gotten all the full details yet but there is another case opened up through State Farm Insurance company in Florida that has Mr. Fleming falsifying a police report in NC (not known yet on what) but again to obtain money.
Also, Richard Fleming has a case in the Greensboro courts on Sept 23rd for a trial of ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON. You may contact the Assistant DA at the courthouse if you need proof. If you want to be there it is in courtroom 2A at 8:30am.
Mr. Fleming was arrested on 7/27/08 and spent time in jail. He also has a contempt charge holding on him in that case also.
I have been getting details from the law on this NC case. This information can be verified if needed. I am following and investigating so let it be known if you are a victim also.
