I am 64 years old i was riped off for my Molybdenum i have been holding it for about 9 years so when i seen that the market was very high i said it was time to sell i went online and found US alloys inc. I talked to them and asked how much are you paying for Molybdenum he said about 49 dollars a pound so i got nervous and said how do i get paid he told me

I have to ship the scrap to him he told me he would pay shipping and he said i need to use yellow fright i said OK how long does it take to get paid he said 3 to 5 days so he sent me a purchase order the scrap weighed about 2400 pounds that was around 117'600 thousand dollars so i ship my scrap to him after 3 to 5 days i gave him a call and asked when will i get my check he said i have not got to your scrap yet give me a few days

I said OK i under stand that you are busy so i got a little nervous but i waited and waited and waited and never seen my money when i called the police they said that the address and the number was not real and not working so i was riped off so my son said lets put some bait out there and see if they will bait dad you know like when we go fishing the bigger the bait the bigger the fish so i said your right what should we do

He said lets put Molybdenum for sale online and maybe he will call you and you get him that way so sure enough he called 2 weeks later and said i see you have some Molybdenum for sale i said yes i do were are you calling from sure enough Dallas TX i said how much are you paying around 52 dollars a pound i said that's a lot of money no reason to look for a higher price and how do we go about shipping and payment sure enough same old story

So i said ill put it on yellow fright he said it will take about 3 to 5 days so i sent him about 50 pounds i said i am going to gamble one more time and i never got paid again i called the police and asked why cant you help me i got there phone numbers and addresses he said i will give them a call he called me back and said i found out his name is bobby Evans

I said OK lets put him in jail he said we cant when you send your scrap to him you are at his mercy you can go to small claims court you might win you might not and you will spend thousands i said well you must know what you are talking about so i found out that there is a lot of scams for scrap out there so be care full of these people will rip you off in Dallas TX.
