I have spent many, many hours on the phone, only way to reach them, I guess. One person will take info. Then transfer you another person, this goes on so long that after 45 minutes to an hour, I cannot sit there anymore. I have asked them to call me. I get no itemized statement. I dropped Dish in March and transferred to Uverst, Dish claimed I signed at contract and I would be charged $224.00, I gave up trying to change that and agreed. I have paid more than that and I am still being charged. I did not pay the last bill and expect trouble. Very wrong.

Did not disclose processing fee in ad 49.99 additional. They quoted one price and after signing two year contract charged additional money on bill. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as it is up
