We used sell it now motors to try and sell our boat. Well we did get an email from someome who was interested... This turned into a nightmare. This person who contacted us located us on sell it now. They sent us a fraud check stating let me know when you receive this and with in 2 week i will have a drive there to pick up the boat with the remainder of the money. I was sceptical of the check since it was made out to my banker and not the bank. I contacted the bank, they did a check and it was a valid bank account but did not have enough funds. They then looked at the check and it was fraudulent. This was turned over to the bank who then took the next steps in an investigation.

About two weeks later I received a letter in the mail that had a copy of a check from a person wondering if the check was valid. This check had my mailing address, my bank address and my "gold savings" listed as the name of the bank. I made contact with this person. The check was made to them for the purchase of a car (found on sellitnowmotors.com) the check was from my "bank account" (which no longer existed), again another fraud check.

Watch out for this site. We never did see our boat listed anywhere after the first week of signing up. We also lost the refund money that was promissed if the boat did not sell in 3 month.
