Ripoff

Unable to reach anyone at this given address and phone number to make arraingments to send a defective camera back to them that came in a package deal with a computer system purchased through ShopNBC.

This company also requires a RMA# to be given by them before the item can be returned along with a copy of proof of purchase which does not come to the person who buys the computer package deal.

The camera worked for two weeks then crashed internally. ShopNBC refered me back to the computer people Viscom Technology Group, Inc. When I was able to talk to a real live person there about having this problem. Viscom people gave me another number to call with some option numbers tobe punched in when a taped voice finished ratalling off a bunch of different options. Totally confussing and not one mention about what to do if it had to do with anything other then their computer.
