Took money for online web site which was a fake, then had a mentor call and ask for our credit card with $2000 or more to help us

We purchased a web site for $200 and the site was never listed on the 200 search engines we were told it would be placed on. After following all the instructions to set up the web site we were told we would receive free mentoring to help us get started.instead we recieved a phone from Sheldon Dyer of Ivy Capital stating we had to give him a credit card with $2000 or more for him to help us. The company said it was 100% money back gaurantee if we were not statisfied. When I tried to get my money back they we not respond to my request.
