Telemarketing Scam targeting elderly

I am writing to warn other potential victims to stay away from Incredible Advertising. This company uses telemarketers to contact elderly and other potential victims with promises of a quick turn around and profit on their incredibly overpriced websites. Specifically, I am disputing the payment of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) to Web Wealth Strategies / Incredible Advertising by my father on the 27th day of May. My father was pressured to put the 15k on his credit card, with promises made of the investment being fully repaid by the time his first card payment would be due. He was also told that if the full amount hadn't been earned, then the company would take over the payments for him! Such payment was procured by fraud in the inception as this company is known to use unethical, fraudulent tactics in obtaining clients.

Additionally, Incredible Advertising provided subsequent contradictory documentation nullifying the very conversations and promises that were the basis of the bargain struck. Finally, my father, received no services, product or instruction for his payment of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), other than an obscure website with random advertisements. My father is of the generation that believes a person who promises something, and that a man's word is is binding. Unfortunately, this type of gullible person is the targeted mark of these telemarketers.

Such underhanded business dealings are reprehensible, particularly when used upon the elderly. This company's lack of ethics and poor standing in many jurisdictions are well-documented. Please find attachments hereto documenting their abhorrent behavior. Please note that the pattern of dissatisfied "hoodwinked" individuals drawn into the schemes of this company absolutely establish a pattern of fraud. Do not allow the surreptitious addition of a nullifying disclosure to be a technicality that allows this company to continue bilking thousands of dollars from trusting people.

Additionally my elderly father was contacted on Thursday, August 7th, by another salesperson, Larry Michaels with Net Solutions. Dad was led to believe that this was a completely separate company, and was told that Larry was doing damage control and offering him an opportunity to make back the $15,000 that had been lost already for a special price of just $3,000. Larry stated that he already had Dad's Visa number and pressured for approval to go ahead with the additional charge. When Dad stated that his daughter would need to speak with Larry before any approval would be given, Larry made it very clear he had no desire to speak with the daughter, and was in a hurry to close the deal. The phone number left with my father was a disconnected number, but when I called the number for Incredible Advertising and asked for Larry Michaels, I was told that he was there, but on another call! This is just one more example of the clear lack of ethics and integrity on the part of Incredible Advertising.

I have been involved in many conversations with Garland Watson at Incredible Advertising over the past 3 weeks. I have made repeated requests for my father's money to be returned to him, and have even been willing to negotiate for them to keep a portion! But I was told today that the Incredible Advertising will not be returning even $5 to my father! I have no other option now than to pursue them through every available channel.
