Not being able to delete website if you can't sign in

Tried everything to log in so I could delete my website, no way. I've been sending emails since Jan17. They told me alot of things to do and still no results and my website is still there. Tried everything and they did nothing to take care of the problem except another excuse to try and I tried them all. Now they don't answer my email since July08
