Will not return emails or answer phone I need an RMA for a bad product

Internet & Web

Purchased their external HD, model#HD320UFAPE5-72 from Circuit City Outlet (internet only, item not sold in CC stores) on 2/5/08. After hooking it up, I made backups, and copied files/folders to it. When I needed to restore a backup, it was corrupted. After restoring from a DVD that I made at the same time, I tried running programs, and even the programs were corrupt. Since I had videos stored on this drive, I tried running the videos, and they were corrupt.in short, no matter what I did, the files/folders were being stored corrupt, even though the source of those files was just fine.

It was past the warranty period to return it to Circuit City, so I sent several emails to Acomdata, and not one was ever answered. I also tried calling them, but they will not answer the phone (an automated system answers, but will not complete the call). I tried again today to call, and although this time I was able to get as far as the Tech dept., was put on hold, then was hung up on. No matter what I have tried, I cannot get through to them so that I can get my money back and return this piece of crap to them.
