On the day of the Belmont Stakes, in June of I placed a small online wager with this company. I won a $291 payout. It took three weeks to get the check. I deposited it in my bank. Two weeks later the check was returned to my bank and had been written on a closed account. This caused overdraft charges to my meager account. But after two weeks, I thought I was safe on using the funds. Anyway, upon contacting them, they gave me some garbage about having lost their "processor" and that there were a lot of checks this had happened with. They said they were looking for a new processor, US laws had changed, blah blah and it would take three to five weeks for me to get my money. BUT they would reimburse me my overdraft fees.

Well, the money I won is back on my account on the site but not the money for the fees. They tell me now they won't release the money to me until they get a copy of my drivers license and a copy of a utility bill.??? They didn't need any of this to take my money. And in the meantime, they are raking in tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars each and every day they don't have a "processor" to pay out winnings.

I have contacted the American Gaming Association, the PA Gaming Board and the Feds and so far not one person has gotten back to me. Meanwhile this company that appears to be nothing more than a scam is continuing to take people's money. Anyone have any suggestions???
