4 weeks ago I placed an order and was told I would receive it in 1-2 weeks. Now 4 weeks later they haven't even posted a shipping date and I have not received my order. They do not answer or return phone calls and do not respond to e-mails. I am contacting my credit card company and will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
