This company makes unauthorized monthly charges to my credid card while providing no service or product

This company fooled me into registering with them with an offer for a free postage scale and a way to print postage stamps on my computer printer. I received no free printer and no stamps and in return for nothing get a credit card charge of $15.99 per month. This charge was not evident to me when I registered. I called the company and they said that the charge was in the terms and conditions. Their web site has changed so I can't check this out. If it was there it was hidden very well.
