Ripped off my Visa

5 months ago I cancelled a Juno dialup account. Suddenly in July a charge appeared on my Visa with (UOL* JUNO ONLINE 888-839-5866CA) attached to it. I noticed in the complaint had the same or bad experience. I'm going to notify the Royal Bank and hear what they say.
