Norton deleted information on programs and keeps popping on my Pops Up On Screen nationwide

Deleted personal information, popped up several times interfering with my mail or program i was working on. I would have to constantly start over and most of my work would be lost. Trying to sell is one thing but, giving out several so call viruses. I just had a pop up telling me something to do because of this data. It was recommended.
