Good luck getting your money... This new "Poker Club" has bad customer service, bad business policy!

I signed up for a "Free Trial" and my credit card was charged anyway. I called up to get a refund and I was told that they will cancel my "membership", but they cant refund my money. While trying to talk to people, which is hard to do, I was hung up on three seperate times, twice by the same person. They are very rude and don't care if they make a mistake, you will pay for it, which makes me wonder what it will be like trying to get your money if you win.

Which is completely crap anyway because the "Free trial" (that I ended up having to pay for) was suposed to be for 10 days, but there are not enough people to play in any games where you can win money, you have to play in games to win points to build up to games where you can win money. The software interface sucks and there are not enough people to play to win any money, and then they charge you for the "Free" trial. It is a hoax, a rip-off and I would beware of your money!!!
