Fullrelease.com (equidestore?), Billinghlp (?) undue recurent payments Internet

Looking for a small app to download, and that I didn't find in any of the usual places (version tracker etc.), a google search gave a link to fullrelease.com saying that they had it. The index page of this site had no more details about it, but said that to enter, one had to register.

The amount asked for the registration been very small (less than 5 uros), I decided to do it, and went through a securized site to pay with credit card. This site is called: billinghlp.com.
First thing, the app that was advertized wasn't available here...
Secondly, they didn't say eather that they had only apps for windows... (I'm on mac)
So, I left, saying good bye to 5... Not deadly anyway!

But, monthes passed by without me noticing anything special, till I received a mail from billinghlp.com, telling me about a recurent payment of 29,95 (47.2$) to be made in favor of equidestore...
Not knowing this name, I asked some details, and billinghlp answered to me giving then the name of fullrelease, that brought to my memory the whole subject.

And so, I realised that a one time payment of less then 5 had been changed into a monthly payment of 29,95... investigating my bank accounts, showed also that this thing was going on every month since the end of April (29,95 x 4 = 119,80)
So, I've given all details to my bank and it'll be forwarded anyway.
Thanks if from your side you can do something, even only to warn other about those.
