Full Releases and or Direct Access softwear providers, online companies appear to use Billingsvc.com or under their latest title - Billinghlp.com as charging services for payment for their so called "oneoff" charges to use their website services. DO NOT PURCHASE from these companies using their online charging facilities or you will find your account will be billed approx $40.00 [euro] per month for ever. After finding three such unwarranted charges on my account, I ended up here as the result of goggles which only bring up http://billinghlp.com/support / and their old cached page listing their many financial services, which BTW do not list "Robbery".
If you attemp to access http://billinghlp.com / you will be redirected to lingerie.com, all the phone numbers on all sites are either not contactable or of the press this, press that kind, their 800 755 5909 has an answering service it also requires your CC number again or a phone number, and a real person is of course not available, still the more pples that hassle them the better. If outside the US you will have to pay normal rates for this privilege.
What can you do, well contact your bank "fraudulent use" dept of course you may be forced to cancel your current card and renew. Go to Direct access and file a complain to their customer service [half your luck on getting any reply], Full Releases has no means of contact [mmmm], cancel your accounts with both sites definitely, and file a report here of course. List a huge order from lingerie.com don't use your real cc number of course, in short do anything and everything to make their life and scamming difficult, then post the successful ones here for us all to use.
