Laptop offered for $199. All money is donated to the handicapped. It's a ripoff

Received a fax at work. Fax stated that due to laptops being upgraded to Vista, that it is difficult to sell Windows laptops. So companies donate to their program new laptops, that are then re-sold to the public and all money is donated to handicap programs. Then asked to purchase a green dot money pack, and to fax information to their company. I did this on 7-27-08.

They had already withdrew my money from the money pack the same day. This is Aug 1st and their website now features naked women wrestlers. Phones never answered. I am so angry with myself for falling for this scam.
